Prolonged
exposure to moisture had led to the deterioration of the ends of this
padded bench seat. The original ends had been constructed with MDF.
Steve used radiata pine to make new ends and, with a few coats of oil,
the seat now looks like new. This project was undertaken at the request
of a local lady who said it was part of a quite expensive setting. Another job competed by an expert
