At our address there are a number of government funded organizations one of which is the Mosaic Multicultural Connections group. They approached us to see if we would make shelving for more storage in a designated area of their premises. Steve one of our newer members took on the task and they were more than

 Campbell from the Central Coast Sports College, was here last year & must have enjoyed himself (as seen in a previous post), as he asked if we would host him again this term. This time he wanted to make a storage rack for his fishing rods. The project is well underway  with help and direction

 Here’s another fun thing one of our resident laser cutting experts  Peter knocked up. It’s a dual wing single engine seaplane made from a plan he found on the internet and each piece has rectangular notches to make for easy assembly. Although still learning the finer points of laser cutting he did a super job.  

After much thought and labour here are the finished beehives. We managed to make 10 boxes out of the materials supplied. This is the type of co-operation our members have between themselves for the good of all.  A job well done guys & much appreciated.  

  Seeing the members efforts in Native Beehive production Ty one of our members asked if he could cut and assemble as many boxes as possible from the Cypress Pine timber and all other components he brought in. He told us he has existing beehives in operation but wants to increase the number of hives.

 Once again Eagles Plumbing sponsored a Golf day for the tradies  from all their branches to raise money for various not for profit organisations on the coast. Our shed was lucky to be one of the ones selected and received a donation of $1375 from Clint the manager of the Long Jetty branch. Below is
